By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of your commission or a permanent blacklist from future commissions.1. General Terms
All commissions are for personal use unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon otherwise.You may use the commissioned artwork for streaming purposes, profile pictures, banners, and similar non-commercial applications.The artwork may not be used for merchandise, marketing, or other commercial purposes unless we have a written agreement and an additional commercial-use fee has been paid.I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason, including but not limited to hateful, or offensive requests.You MUST be 18 or older to order NSFW art of any kind! By purchasing ANY NSFW art from me you agree that you are 18 or older2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront before any work begins. No exceptions.3. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided once payment is made unless I am unable to complete the work.If I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.4. Work Process
Commissions are completed in the order they are received unless a rush order has been agreed upon (additional fees may apply).You will receive work-in-progress (WIP) updates during the process to ensure the artwork meets your expectations. Minor revisions can be requested during the WIP stage.Once the final artwork is delivered, no further revisions will be made unless I have made an error based on the original request.5. Copyright & Usage Rights
As the artist, I retain full copyright to all artwork I create.You, as the commissioner, may:Use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., profile pictures, banners, streaming graphics).Post the artwork online, provided credit is given to me as the creator.
You may not:
Claim the artwork as your own creation.Remove or alter my watermark/signature.Use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, prints, branding) without a written agreement and commercial-use license.6. Deadlines & Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the commission and my current workload. Specific deadlines must be discussed and agreed upon prior to payment.I am not responsible for meeting deadlines that were not explicitly agreed upon in advance.7. Blacklisting
I reserve the right to blacklist clients who engage in harassment, chargebacks without valid reason, or breach this TOS.
